RETURN POLICY:
- It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all packages for damage before signing delivery receipt.
- Pennington & Associates will onl y accept returns with prior authoriaation,. Call or email to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. the RGA number will be valid for 30 days only.
- The following information will be required when requesting an ( RGA ) and must accompany package upon return.

- Returns are shipped ( UPS or Freight ) freight prepaid, units received at Pennington & Associates shipped freight collect
or without ( RGA ) information will be refused and returned at customers expense.
- It is customers responsibility to inspect all packages for damage before signing the delivery receipt
- Any over shipments, wrong shipments, can be returned via freight collect after ( RGA ) is issued
- Pennington & Associates applies warranty based on the original manufactuers warranty policy.
- Warranty returns will be returned via Freight, Freight Collect , UPS, UPS Collect @ Pennington & Associates discretion.
